Trial and Error: The Fine Print





Thank you for purchasing a session with me. I’m looking forward to our time together.

Once scheduled, if for any reason you need to reschedule your session, please give me a minimum of 24 hours advance notice so I can offer that time to someone else. Occasionally emergencies happen to all of us. When the coast is clear just email or text me and we’ll reschedule.

If our session will be by phone, please ensure that there will be a clear connection between us. Cell phones are eccentric, I know. But most people know where they usually get their best signal. And, if by chance, you still have a land line, that’s best of all. And well done, you!

Remember that this session is for and about YOU. Yes, we will talk about important people in your life. My ethical commitments prevent me from psychically “eavesdropping” on the private lives of your children, your boss, your employees or your mom. Especially your mom. I’m happy to talk to you about your relationship with them, but if you have important questions about how they are doing, please, ask them. They’ll appreciate it.

Once in a thousand readings there will be a person who I am not able to connect with in a deep way. After ten minutes we’ll stop the session and I’ll refund your money. And remember if that happens, it's not you. It's me. OK?

Your preparation for our session is important. 

It makes the difference between a good session and a great session. You want a great session. So do I. So please write down your questions, topics and subjects of interest. Have the list in front of you when we begin. Be sure to send that recent photo of you to me in advance (the sooner the better) so I can use it to tune into you prior to our session. (Please don’t send me that photo you use in your marketing material or other formal photos. An informal “selfie” in which I can see your eyes clearly is what I’m looking for.) 

All specially priced sessions have an end date associated with them, expressed as: “Book your session by: . . .” This is the last day you can book your session using the special pricing. You do NOT have to have your session by this date, you just need to contact me and set a date for the booking. If there are unusual circumstances as you near the expiration date please let me know and I will do what I can to accommodate your requests. Beyond this all sales are final.

And finally (whew!), I will record the session for you if you’d like me to. 

A couple of things to keep in mind. If we will be working by phone, iPhones do NOT allow anyone to record a phone conversation directly. (Should you discover an app that lets us do that, by all means let me know!) So I will have to use an external recorder to record our session. In-person sessions and sessions using Zoom can all be recorded easily. And strange things can happen. I once recorded a session for a client and when she got home and played the recording, it was 60 minutes of country music from a station in Oklahoma! You just never know. Here’s the thing: I can’t promise that your recording will be perfect or great or even that our session will be recorded at all. Technical difficulties, operator error, your spirit guides, etc.; I will do my very best but no promises, ok? (You may want to take some written notes as we talk.)
